Key Responsibilities:
Leadership And Management
- Manage and lead the security delivery teams, providing direction, support, and development opportunities
- Ensure the team meets performance targets and maintains high levels of motivation and engagement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team
- Ensure the successful delivery of security services to the end customers for the different customer accounts
- Collaborate with the global DXC security delivery teams across other countries and build synergies
- Collaborate with the Sales organization (Account Executives, Sales Specialists) to support the development and growth of the security business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate security considerations into business strategies and operations
- Collaborate and build strong relationship with the DXC security partners ecosystem
- Design, develop, implement, and oversee the organization's information security and cyber resilience strategy
- Ensure the strategy aligns with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements
- Regularly review and update the strategy to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, procedures, and contracts
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security risks
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and manage risks effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their security needs are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for security delivery-related matters
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders on security performance and incidents
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures
- Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future response efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or a related field) or equivalent field experience
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 or CEH
- Extensive experience in information security management, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of the French cyber security market ecosystem, players, regulations and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Experience in business development and client management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
