Data Analyst

The Data Analyst plays an essential role in developing reports and dashboards, performing statistical analysis on large amounts of transactional data, and maintaining the integrity of our customer and case related data. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to create, analyze, and improve on key team performance metrics. Additionally, as part of our Sales Operations team, you will support system enhancements through testing new features and updating/creating any related reports.

What You'll Do:

• Work with executives and management team to standardize reporting and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create reports and dashboards for internal teams
• Collaborate with team members to collect, clean, and analyze data
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
• Perform periodic data auditing to maintain the integrity of our data and reports
• Seek opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements
• System enhancement support and release testing
• Maintain awareness of new products as they are introduced
• Accurately document and update knowledge-base when applicable
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Must have 2-3+ years experience with Salesforce Lightning and developing Reports and Dashboards
• Must have 2-3+ years experience with PowerBI and Data Modeling
• Ability to query using SQL or to write/interpret scripts and logic, nice-to-have
• Strong analytical mind with a passion for data visualization
• Excellent relationship building skills with ability to interface with various internal support partners
• Critical thinker with the confidence to successfully identify gaps and implement solutions
• Ability to maintain large data sets and identify/fix data integrity issues
• Active listener who seeks to understand and solve business needs
• Remarkable interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact and effectively answer inquiries directly from Sr. leadership
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team player mentality
