Job Description

The Sr. Representative, People Solutions is responsible for assisting with of day-to-day Human Resources support and execution and working with key stakeholders to build a relationship of trust, ensuring alignment between Human Resources strategy and overall business objectives.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update & Manage internal HRIS database with different information such as new hires, terminations, vacations, etc.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, work certificates, and new hire guides
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance providers, and ensure legal compliance
• Support HRBP team with reports and relevant HR information
• Support with onboarding and offboarding processes by cooperating with the Recruitment and Welcome Office teams
• Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
• Assist the payroll department with relevant data (e.g. absenteeism, leaves, work schedule, offboard data)
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English (C1)
• Degree in Human Resources or previous HR work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Good knowledge in Excel is valued
• Knowledge on labor law is highly valued (additional training will be provided)
• Proactivity, motivation, and a positive attitude.
