Salary: 140,000 - 160,000 CHF + benefits

A leading global technology integrator is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality support and project services for key telecoms infrastructure clients. Working across multiple accounts, including on-site teams, this is a pivotal role focused on ensuring operational performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent German-speaking project manager with a strong background in telecoms infrastructure and managed services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and client for all operational and financial matters.
- Lead all support and project service activities across client accounts, ensuring full alignment with service level expectations.
- Manage the operational and financial performance of assigned contracts.
- Produce and continuously improve monthly financial and operational reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Monitor, report, and enhance service levels (SLAs), ensuring full compliance and improvement.
- Oversee resource planning, ensuring adequate staffing and awareness of service requirements at all times.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, acting as a key communication link.
- Lead implementation and compliance of all Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies.
- Ensure documentation and deliverables align with client and internal quality management systems.
- Continually review, enhance, and enforce operational processes to optimise efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage and develop onsite support staff, taking responsibility for HR matters, performance appraisals, and mentorship.
- Control supply chain activity, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services and materials.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Fluent in German or Swiss German.
- Strong experience managing telecoms infrastructure cabling projects.
- Proven background in BAU support environments (office and/or data centres).
- Leadership experience in office/data centre technical operations.
- Knowledge of service delivery measurement within an ITIL framework.
- Financial and operational reporting expertise.
- Track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Experience managing contractual service delivery.
Preferred (Not Essential):
- Certifications in ITIL, PRINCE2, or BICSI.
