What You’ll Do:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Create dashboards and reports to support key decisions
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable outputs
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with Python, R, or similar is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
• Based in Switzerland with valid work authorization
