Cabin Services - Administration Assistant (Cabin Services - Talent Acquisition)

About The Role

You will be responsible to provide administration support, handling of confidential issues involving inter-departmental relations, liaising with other departments for arranging logistics through correspondence, telephone and personal contact for the smooth functioning of the team.

• You will provide daily administrative support for the smooth functioning of the Cabin Services - Talent Acquisition Department.
• Your tasks include handling confidential documents, maintaining filing systems, manuals, invoices and other source data.
• You will manage and coordinate the Cabin Crew post joining induction process by ensuring the completion of all documentation related to their joining formalities, dispatching of files, and communicating with internal stakeholders.
• You will manage and complete multiple tasks and projects within specified timeframes ensuring the integrity of all information and data.
• You will skillfully draft internal communication and manage department correspondence and telephone communication.
• You will compile and provide reports as directed, and support with department administration , e.g., ordering of stationary etc.
• This is a permanent position based in Doha, Qatar.

About You

• You should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year job-related experience OR a High School/ Diploma/ Vocational certificate with a minimum of 2 years’ job-related experience.
• A tertiary qualification preferably in HR/Administration and a proficiency certificate in Office Administration Management, MS Office applications or similar would be an added advantage.
• You must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• You must be highly organized and have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
• You must have proven ability to work under pressure within defined schedules.
• You must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
• You must be able to work under extended/flexible working hours.
