We need a creative and strategic UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of finance by designing beautiful, user-centric experiences across web, mobile app, and dashboard interfaces. If you’re passionate about creating seamless and visually engaging user experiences, we want you on board!

What You’ll Do:

• Design for Web & Mobile: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both our web platform and mobile apps (iOS & Android). You’ll ensure that the Slayz experience is consistent across all devices. 📱💻

• Dashboard Design: Build sleek, data-driven dashboard layouts that provide clear insights and functionality to users, helping them navigate their investments easily. 📊

• Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that translate user needs into smooth digital experiences. 🖥️

• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and run usability tests to ensure designs are user-friendly and aligned with Slayz’s goals. 🔍

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to bring designs to life, from concept to launch. 🤝

• Maintain Design Systems: Develop and maintain UI components, design systems, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. 🔧

• Optimize User Journeys: Identify opportunities to improve user flows, reduce friction, and optimize conversions through design iterations. 🚀

Who You Are:

• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your web, mobile, and dashboard designs.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

• Experience with responsive web design, ensuring platforms work seamlessly across different screen sizes.

• Comfortable with conducting user research, A/B testing, and translating insights into design improvements.

• Solid understanding of financial products or a strong interest in fintech and user engagement.

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing for financial platforms or products related to stocks, ETFs, or investing.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development principles.

• Familiarity with motion design to create smooth transitions for web and mobile interfaces. 🎨
