📌 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative AI and algorithmic design.
• Demonstrated projects in AI/ML, particularly involving generative models (e.g., LLMs, generative image models).

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement algorithms for generating architectural designs and optimizing system structures.
• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) using state-of-the-art methodologies.
• Build and refine LLM-based autonomous agents for specific tasks.
• Implement and fine-tune generative image models using Stable Diffusion and related techniques.
• Train AI models from scratch or fine-tune existing ones for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into production-ready systems.
• Active participation on Slack and email ensures seamless teamwork.
• Being well-prepared for meetings is essential for productive discussions and decision-making.

📌 Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML with clean, maintainable code.
• Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with MLOps best practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and socket programming.
• Strong proficiency in professional English for technical documentation and global collaboration.

📌 Preferred Skills:

• Experience in developing LLM-powered agents and integrating decision-making systems.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI applications (text, image, audio generation).
• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and advanced prompting techniques.
• Knowledge of parameter-efficient training methods and model optimization techniques.
• Experience with advanced image generation techniques, including ControlNet and inpainting.
• Familiarity with deploying large-scale LLMs in production and understanding AI ethics and bias mitigation.
