Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to join our Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI technology, developing cutting-edge solutions, supporting RFI and RFP processes, and contributing to business development initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI models and systems that drive value for our clients and support Capgemini's growth in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems for our clients.
• Collaborate with the CoE team to establish best practices, standards, and methodologies for AI development and implementation.
• Support the RFI and RFP process by providing technical expertise, creating solution architectures, and estimating effort for AI-related projects.
• Contribute to business development activities by participating in client meetings, creating technical presentations, and demonstrating AI capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, trends, and methodologies, and share knowledge with the team.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities to potential clients.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with global teams to leverage shared knowledge and resources within Capgemini's AI community.
• Ensure that AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
  
  

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in writing technical proposals or contributing to RFI and RFP responses is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and responsible AI practices
