Cyber Security Consultant

Cyber Security Consultants are part of the Service Delivery team at Eye Security. As a consultant, you are responsible for onboarding new customers and assisting them in implementing EDR and Cloud monitoring. You will be providing customers with advice regarding their cyber security posture and, assisted by our first line support team and technical experts, helping them solve more complex security questions.

As the Service Delivery team is at the heart of Eye Security, there are plenty of opportunities to make an impact by optimizing and improving the way Eye operates. Not only on a technical level, but also when it comes to building relations with our customers.

Your role at Eye

• You will be the one to guide new customers through our state-of-the-art onboarding process and help them improve their security posture.
• You provide assistance to customers that reach out with security questions, by assessing how Eye resources can best be used to provide them with solutions.
• Periodic reviews are part of Eye’s offering. You will be delivering tailored security advice to customers and helping them understand what measures to take and which to prioritize. You will be supported by a Cyber Security Specialist in analysis and in determining measures.
• Eye Security is constantly improving the way it works. In the Service Delivery team, there are many opportunities to bring your own ideas to the table and see them be implemented.
• As Service Delivery is the linchpin of Eye Security, you will be working closely with our various teams, be it Product, Customer Success, Engineering, Security Operations or Threat Intelligence, allowing you to grow in different aspects of Cyber Security.
  
  

What Will You Bring

• You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience with corporate IT environments (network, server infrastructure, operating systems and cloud environments), as a consultant, support specialist, in a customer facing role
• Basic understanding of small to medium-sized IT networks. A formal education in this field is not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Be able to work with customers and take on the role of advisor.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills are a plus.
• Creativity and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in German and English language.
