Product Designer

The Wow Effect Co. is a Barcelona-based company experiencing rapid growth, situated in the creative neighborhood of Poblenou.

Currently, we proudly manage three distinct brands: DOIY and EAT MY SOCKS, each specializing in home decor and fashion.We are in search of someone who possesses a profound passion for the world of design and fashion, capable of infusing fresh, trend-setting ideas into the essence of our products.The key attributes we seek for this role include a creative spirit, proactivity, a keen eye for detail, meticulous adherence to deadlines, and efficient work execution.

Furthermore, we highly value alignment with our shared interests in fashion, design, decoration, and emerging trends.Your Responsibilities:

• Active participation in the product ideation process.
• Creation of compelling visual proposals to validate ideas (including sketches, renders, and more).
• Development of prototypes and models using materials such as cardboard, clay, and 3 D printing.
• Design and development of elegant product packaging.
• Technical product development, spanning 3 D modeling, blueprints, material specifications, and technical data sheets.
• Monitoring and supervision of factory samples and prototypes.Your Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or Product Design1 to 3 years of experience in industrial designPortfolio showcasing creative product design projectsProficiency in 3 D modeling software (ideally Rhino)Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in hand-sketching concepts.A dynamic, proactive spirit that aligns with our creative energy.A deep passion for design, fashion, and emerging trends.A strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.What We Offer:
