In that team;

• Working closely with business units and stakeholders,
• Design new processes for new demand of our client,
• Follow the technological changes and produces new ideas to improve the product and increase customer satisfaction,
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project management standards,
• Design, develop and maintain Customer Application Authentication & Authorization Frameworks & Services
• Design, develop and do maintenance of software applications, user interfaces and databases to satisfy business requirements.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably banking, information technologies, or related sectors)
• Agile business development experience, including research, design, project planning, requirements analysis, documentation, implementation/development, testing, UAT (user acceptance test) and launch (release).
• Proficient in gathering, eliciting, negotiating requirements from various stakeholders, and convert them into business analysis outputs (such as use cases, functional analysis, technical analysis, solution design, acceptance test plan, etc.) to meet business needs or solve problems.
• Playing an active role in developing new processes, improving existing processes, overseeing integration points, managing end-to-end projects, and ensuring effective coordination.
• Ability to contribute to technical design and development to meet all business requirements.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and coordination skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of diagrams, workflow drawing and creating mockups to visualize business requirements.
• Highly self-motivated and self-organized.
• Openness to change, eagerness to learn and willingness to follow new trends.
• Experience/Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles , OWASP principles, OAuth Principles is big asset
• Experience/Knowledge of RBAC (Role Based Access Security), ABAC (Attributed Based Access Security) is big asset
• Proficiency in English.
