Your tasks

• Define and document business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and to support engineering teams in system development
• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives, are delivered on time, and that risks are effectively managed while adapting to changing priorities
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication, coordination, and collaboration across various departments
• Provide regular updates on project status to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement, and manage administrative functions that support team efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in successfully defining, managing, and leading projects, particularly in transformation and strategic initiatives
• Solid technical knowledge, including an understanding of software engineering concepts, Agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively in a matrixed organization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven track record of operationalizing best practices and delivering measurable improvements
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams
• Fluent Polish required
