  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Sourcing, job posting, screening, attracting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various organizational roles.
  • Agency Coordination: Collaborating with professional recruitment agencies for both permanent and temporary staffing needs.
  • Overseas Recruitment: Engaging with overseas recruitment agencies when international hiring is required.
  • Job Descriptions: Creating and updating job descriptions in consultation with department heads to reflect current role expectations.
  • Job Analysis: Conducting job analysis sessions with Hiring Managers to align candidate profiles with role requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Offer Management: Negotiating, Drafting and issuing offer letters and coordinating with candidates through the acceptance stage.
  • Candidate Communication: Sending rejection emails to non-selected candidates with professionalism and empathy.
  • Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process, including orientation planning
  • Internal hiring- Managing Internal Hiring as per the company policy
  • Welcome Communication: Handling joining formalities and sending personalized "Welcome Aboard" emails.
  • CV Bank Management: Creating and maintaining a talent pool database for all relevant positions, including for Bayara.
  • Employer Branding: Execute employer branding initiatives and enhance the company’s talent value proposition.
  • Emiratization: Supporting the organization’s Emiratization strategy by targeting and hiring UAE Nationals in compliance with local regulations.
  • Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices and resource allocation.
  • Induction Program: Organizing and tracking the induction process, including preparation, coordination, feedback, and documentation.
