- Agency Coordination: Collaborating with professional recruitment agencies for both permanent and temporary staffing needs.

- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Offer Management: Negotiating, Drafting and issuing offer letters and coordinating with candidates through the acceptance stage.
- Candidate Communication: Sending rejection emails to non-selected candidates with professionalism and empathy.
- Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process, including orientation planning
- Internal hiring- Managing Internal Hiring as per the company policy
- Welcome Communication: Handling joining formalities and sending personalized "Welcome Aboard" emails.
- CV Bank Management: Creating and maintaining a talent pool database for all relevant positions, including for Bayara.
- Employer Branding: Execute employer branding initiatives and enhance the company’s talent value proposition.
- Emiratization: Supporting the organization’s Emiratization strategy by targeting and hiring UAE Nationals in compliance with local regulations.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices and resource allocation.
- Induction Program: Organizing and tracking the induction process, including preparation, coordination, feedback, and documentation.
