About the role:

• As Product Designers, we tackle interaction challenges and work on big new ideas that will transform how people use our products.
• While the offerings are many, all our products must be cohesive, and the design team ensures just that! With each member playing a unique role, the most exhilarating and challenging aspect for a designer is making finance both engaging and comprehensible. It's no small feat, but it offers tremendous learning opportunities, and we thrive on making this a possibility.
• Our responsibilities span a broad spectrum, from understanding user needs and conducting user research to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. We collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and the founder, ensuring the delivery of an experience that we take pride in and meets user requirements.

Who’s the right person for this job?

• Someone who has 3-6 years of proven experience in product design, with a focus on building web-based products.
• Someone who has a strong understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles.
• Someone who can partner with product managers and engineers to contribute to product strategy, planning, and feature launches.
• Someone who can give and solicit feedback to/from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality.
• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality, thoughtful UI and UX work.
