About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with 7–10 years of experience who brings a solid foundation in networking, security, and load balancing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with core network infrastructure and a proactive mindset to learn and grow in evolving technologies. We’re not seeking overly senior profiles — instead, we’re looking for well-rounded engineers who are still hungry to expand their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Configure and optimize load balancers (e.g., F5, Nginx, or similar).
• Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Analyze network traffic and issues using tools such as Wireshark or equivalent.
• Contribute to network design and implementation for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with global peers and cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Document network procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Strong understanding of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, HSRP/VRRP).
• Experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, or Fortinet).
• Load balancing experience (F5, Nginx, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of network protocols and tools (TCP/IP, DNS, IPSEC, SNMP, Wireshark).
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and associated security concepts.
• Familiarity with automation/scripting (e.g., basic PowerShell, Python, or Ansible) is a plus.
• Comfortable using version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket) is a plus.

Preferred

• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Understanding of DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Exposure to monitoring platforms (Splunk, Cacti, etc.).
