MISSION
- Perform a complete technical audit of the solution currently in place (architecture, performance, scalability, security)
- Optimize the performance of the front-end (Typescript, JS, React) and back-end (Symfony + API Platform), especially in a real-time update context
- Analyze and optimize resource utilization in real-time processing (latency reduction, CPU/memory consumption, bandwidth)
- Optimize exchanges (import/export) with the department’s external services (interoperability, formats, performance)
- Structure, secure and standardize APIs (API Platform), by defining robust conventions (versioning, error handling, security)
- Propose software quality standards (bill of materials, robustness, resilience, technical documentation)
- Assess, if necessary, the need for partial redesigns (service architecture, decoupling of components, adaptation of protocols) if the current limits are reached
- Implement or strengthen application monitoring tools (APM, logs, traces) to allow an accurate diagnosis of performance in real conditions
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure technical choices are consistent with business objectives
- Back-end : PHP 8+, Symfony 6 (LTS), API Platform, Mercure, MariaDB, Istio, ELK, Azure, NodeJS
- Front-end : Typescript, Framework JS (React/mui)
- Queuing : Rabbitmq
- Testing : Playwright (E2E), PHPUnit
- Database: MariaDB
- Cache : Redis
- CI/CD: azure devops / Docker / Git/ K8s versioning
- Monitoring : APM Kibana, Grafana, PMM, RUM Kibana, Loki, opentelemetry
- Standardization in progress (migration): Typescript / API Platform / Mercure
- Proven experience in real-time web software architecture
- Proven experience (10 years+) in fullstack web development, with Symfony / API Platform / Real-Time expertise
- Very good control of real time and the related scalability issues
- Advanced knowledge of the modern front in Typescript
- Engineering spirit, rigor, sense of optimization
- Ease with software architecture and application performance
- Good communication skills and technical writing
- Excellent technical analysis skills
- Excellent active listening, analytical and decision-making skills
