Position: Full Stack JavaScript Developer (React & Node.js)

📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium

🏢 Full time; Hybrid

📜 Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferable or Freelance

🌍 Mandatory Languages: English; French is a plus

👀 About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack JavaScript Developer who's fluent in both front-end finesse and back-end brains. You’ll join a product-focused team building scalable, high-performance applications with a modern JavaScript stack. If you speak React by day and Node by night, and dream of clean APIs and smooth CI/CD pipelines, you’ll fit right in.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience (3–4 years) developing JavaScript front-end & back-end applications

Front-end Skills

• Strong experience with React.js using styled-components
• Bonus points for React Native (also with styled-components)
• Solid understanding of micro-frontend architecture

Back-end Skills

• Professional experience with NodeJS in TypeScript
• Familiarity with TypeORM or similar modern ORMs (bonus!)
• API design using REST or gRPC
• Hands-on with OpenAPI / Swagger
• Experience in microservices architecture
• CI/CD knowledge, preferably via GitLab pipelines

Infrastructure & DevOps Awareness

• General familiarity with AWS services (EC2, RDS, ECS, etc.)
• Terraform and infrastructure as code (a nice plus)
• Knowledge of GraphQL (plus)
• Exposure to C# .NET (extra brownie points)

🌍 Languages

• English required (spoken & written)
• French is a plus
