We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain-based products.

• You will be responsible for building innovative cross-chain interoperability solutions, developing and optimizing smart contracts, and enhancing the architecture of decentralized systems.
• This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure excellence in blockchain product development.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable blockchain architecture focusing on security, performance, and maintainability.
• Build and optimize cross-chain interoperability solutions such as atomic swaps and bridges.
• Develop and audit smart contracts using Solidity, Yul, and other relevant languages.
• Create efficient, gas-optimized algorithms and protocols tailored for DeFi and dApp environments.
• Conduct R&D, implement proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and integrate blockchain best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for smart contract deployment and blockchain development workflows.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best engineering practices.
• Stay current with the latest trends in blockchain, Web3, and decentralized technologies.
• Analyze potential vulnerabilities and design secure, attack-resistant systems.
• Engage with blockchain communities and contribute to open-source initiatives and ecosystem projects.
  
  

Required Experience

• 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain engineering and smart contract development.
• Deep knowledge of Ethereum, EVM, Solidity, and Layer 2 protocols like Optimistic and ZK Rollups.
• Experience designing and deploying cross-chain protocols and working with DeFi primitives.
• Strong track record of technical leadership, including architecture design and mentoring teams.
• Experience collaborating with auditors and executing smart contract audits.
