We are seeking a dedicated and proactive NOC Engineer to support and manage our clients’ security and network infrastructures in a 24/7 operational environment.

• You will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and resolving system issues, while ensuring optimal performance and security of critical network components.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze incidents within customer security environments, identifying root causes and implementing timely resolutions.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and resolve infrastructure issues while maintaining system availability in a 24/7 operational setting.
• Perform daily operations and maintenance tasks, including patch management and infrastructure updates.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues across various security platforms.
• Execute standardized configuration changes in line with ITIL practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, changes, and infrastructure tasks.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in network and/or security operations.
