About this opportunity:
Ericsson Estonia is excited to invite applications for the Manufacturing Engineer role, responsible for fostering operational excellence, quality assurance, and production efficiency within our dynamic teams. In this vital role, you will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of cost-effective, ergonomic, and safe production processes, equipment, and tools.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing production performance by collecting data, analyzing, modifying, and implementing production processes, strategies, and tools. Your innovative ideas and suggestions will help improve product design in pre-development and ongoing projects, ensuring a seamless product lifecycle from a supply perspective.
This is a full-time role, based on site at our Ericsson Estonia Factory on Peterburi tee 67a.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing production performance by collecting data, analyzing, modifying, and implementing production processes, strategies, and tools. Your innovative ideas and suggestions will help improve product design in pre-development and ongoing projects, ensuring a seamless product lifecycle from a supply perspective.
This is a full-time role, based on site at our Ericsson Estonia Factory on Peterburi tee 67a.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement cost-efficient, safe, and ergonomic production processes
- Create and maintain process-related documentation
- Provide support for production in Tallinn and other locations
- Participate in pre-production activities and support design units
- Participate in product and production verification processes
- Perform risk analysis, conduct time and motion study analysis
- Implement production layout and flow improvements
- Deliver process-related training for production personnel
- Procure equipment, tools, and instruments for new processes
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering Science and/or previous experience in production/engineering
- Knowledge of production processes
- Experience in usage of spreadsheets to organize data and information
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement changes
- Strong cooperation and communication skills
- Proficient negotiation and argumentation skills
- Proactive in making technical decisions
- Fluent in spoken Russian and English
- Knowledge of Estonian, Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies is a bonus
