About The Role

The Compensation and Workforce unit is responsible for delivering compensation and workforce related processes and administrative tasks, supporting our colleagues in salary structure & reviews, data & analytics, benchmarks, benefits and Workforce processes such as onboarding, transfers and exits for Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Baltics.

As a Process Expert, you will be part of the team responsible for the compensation and benefits processes within the Workforce and Compensation unit.

Your main objective will be to work with annual remuneration process, contribute to system configuration and administrative tasks as needed to support organizational changes. Coordinate and ensure quality in end-to-end deliveries also assist business with statistics and analyze data.

As part of our Process Excellence team, you will also be working according to agile principles and be involved in driving continuous process improvement.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have previous working experience and:

• Are a team player with strong data and analytical skills with ability to interpret data
• Have advanced Excel knowledge and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Are a structured, diligent and independent professional
• Have excellent process coordination and communication skills
• Are a problem solver with high interest in new ways of working
• Have experience in configuring system functionalities to align with business needs
• Are Fluent in English
• Previous experience working in the remuneration area would be an advantage.
