B2B Marketing project manager

I invite a Marketing Project Manager to join our team—someone who will be responsible for marketing in this area: from market analysis and supporting the team, to developing and executing the most suitable marketing solutions for the business segment. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solid experience working in a product distribution company, representing manufacturers.
• Higher education (preferably in marketing).
• Experience in organizing large-scale events (100+ participants), from concept development to execution (B2B experience is an advantage).Interest in household appliances and consumer electronics.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and excellent communication – that’s you.
• Excellent command of both Lithuanian and English.
• Time and task management, setting the right priorities on time – that’s second nature to you.
• You are flexible, open to change, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Team spirit, mutual trust, and continuous growth – these are the driving forces behind your success.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND EXPERIENCES:

• Proactively generating and implementing new marketing initiatives, campaigns, and ideas.
• Managing and maintaining accounting for marketing budgets of represented manufacturers.
• Preparing and overseeing quarterly/annual plans for marketing activities (campaigns, events, webinars).
• Measuring the ROI of marketing actions and analyzing their impact on business results.
• Working closely with the sales department and manufacturers to understand and meet customer needs while effectively fulfilling vendor requirements.
• Researching market best practices and applying relevant insights.
• Creating newsletters, representing the business line on social media (LinkedIn), planning PR messages, and gathering information for communication efforts.
• Executing strategic actions to highlight the uniqueness, visibility, expertise, services, and solutions offered by the business line.

YOUR SALARY:

• Monthly salary 3028 Eur (before taxes) from EUR before tax deduction.
