SharePoint Developer & Administrator

Your tasks :

• You maintain and manage SharePoint Online.
• You install, develop, and deploy related technology solutions.
• You are responsible for the design and the implementation of SharePoint projects, including interfacing document management related solutions (e.g. DocuSign, Salesforces and SAP).
• You are responsible to write and maintain technical documentation, and operational procedures associated with the SharePoint solutions deployed.
• You monitor the deployed SharePoint solutions, as well as the associated contracts and licences.
• You standardise and implement automations to support SharePoint related solutions and to allow delegation of activities to better serve users.
• You support internal IT and business teams in their evolving needs.
• You make proposals towards improving the user experience of the solutions you manage.
• You participate in the design and the improvement of the technology infrastructure in collaboration with Creos IT teams regarding their strategies, needs and requirements.
• You work closely on keeping architecture and knowledge up to date.
• You set up an efficient incident and problem management on the technology.

Your profile :

• University Degree, or equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or another related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 5 years in a similar function.
• In-depth knowledge of below technologies is essential:

-SharePoint Online and related Microsoft apps integration (OneDrive, MS Teams…)

-SharePoint Framework (SPFx) including, but not limited to, React, Handlebars, Knockout, Angular, and Vue.js.

-Developer toolchain development tools (e.g.: Visual Studio code, Git, TypeScript, Yeoman, webpack, and gulp)

-Document Management System (DMS)

• You have working knowledge of technologies and architectures:

-Automated workflows with Azure cloud Logic Apps

-Microsoft 365 ecosystem (i.e.: Power Platform)

-DocuSign

• Skills pertaining to Unified Data Governance with Microsoft Purview, cloud solutions, project management, and ITIL will be considered a strong advantage
• You are results oriented, user oriented, and resistant to stress
• Active certifications pertaining to the technologies listed above, including ITL foundation certification, are an advantage
• You are proactive, curious, flexible and you collaborate with others to solve incidents
• You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English. The knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
