Training Officer

Our client, a public institution is looking for a Training Officer temporarily starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of training courses, including planning, coordination, logistics, updating the Learning Management System (LMS), and diverse administrative tasks
• Serve as a key point of contact for participants and trainers, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Deliver high-quality service and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  
  

Your Profile

• Relevant work experience in lifelong learning or in a Learning & Development department
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent writing skills in both languages
• Proficiency in MS Teams and ability to quickly adapt to and master the LMS
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, service-oriented attitude
• Reliability and autonomy
