Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic PM/Program Manager – IT / Agile:

• Validate and formalize methodologies for each program stream to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
• Align working methodologies with industry best practices and internal standards.
• Define and manage key milestones and develop a detailed program roadmap with clear deliverables and ownership.
• Implement monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure timely execution of activities in alignment with the roadmap.
• Ensure transparent and regular communication with stakeholders to maintain coordination and alignment.
• Managing dependencies between different streams and with other IT Transformation projects:
• Identify and manage interdependencies between program streams and with other IT Transformation initiatives.
• Establish and manage processes to mitigate risks and resolve potential conflicts related to dependencies.
• Develop a comprehensive organizational deployment plan, including implementation steps, required resources, and success criteria.
• Ensure deployment is aligned with strategic objectives and enables a smooth transition during transformation.

How do we imagine our future PM/Program Manager – IT / Agile?

• Proven experience in leading Agile-at-scale transformation initiatives within IT or large digital organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and experience applying them in a scaled environment.
• Structured analytical thinking with the ability to navigate and resolve complex problems.
• Strong capability in planning, change management, and strategic deployment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage metrics-based outcomes.
• High level of rigor, organizational ability, and self-motivation.
• Fluent in French and English.
