About Instruqt
Instruqt is the go-to platform for software companies looking to engage developers through hands-on product adoption. We make complex technology easy to understand through interactive, real-world experiences that showcase true product value. Our platform enables marketing, sales, and education teams at cutting-edge companies like MongoDB, Datadog, Hashicorp, and Google to create immersive demos, self-guided trials, and scalable training—without the extra complexity. By integrating seamlessly across the go-to-market journey, Instruqt empowers businesses to attract qualified leads, accelerate sales cycles, and build product champions.
We’re growing fast and expanding our team in Amsterdam. If you’re a self-driven, analytical product thinker with a passion for developer tools, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own a key part of Instruqt’s platform and work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship features that users love—and that solve real business problems for our buyers.
Developers are our end users, but our buyers are typically technical marketing, sales engineering, and developer education teams. You’ll need to understand both audiences deeply and build solutions that meet the needs of each.
- Conduct user research and analyze product data to uncover insights and inform product decisions
- Define and prioritize product initiatives based on company goals, user needs, and technical constraints
- Work closely with engineering and design in Amsterdam to ship high-quality product experiences
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in the US to ensure product/market fit and support GTM efforts
- Write clear, thoughtful product documentation and specs to drive alignment and clarity across teams
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Champion a culture of asynchronous communication and documentation-first workflows
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS startup or scale-up environments
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable digging into data and making decisions based on insights
- Excellent research ability—skilled at talking to users, surfacing patterns, and turning learnings into action
- Highly autonomous—you take ownership, move quickly, and make things happen
- Experience working across time zones and remote teams, especially US-based GTM and leadership teams
- Passionate about clear communication and documentation
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
- Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam, with ability to work in-office 2 days per week (no relocation assistance offered)
Bonus Points
• Proven experience working on a developer product (APIs, SDKs, platforms, or infrastructure tools)
- Background in developer education, developer relations, or technical enablement
- Familiarity with product analytics tools
- You’ve built something technical yourself, even if it’s a side project
Why Instruqt
- Make a real impact at a fast-growing company reshaping how developers experience software
- Join a passionate, global team that values ownership, autonomy, and curiosity
- Hybrid working culture with flexibility and meaningful in-person time in Amsterdam
