Agile Coach Tech - Checkout, Loyalty & Payments with DevSecOps experience



As our Agile Coach - you are constantly improving processes within our domain. It is up to you to make sure that our agile teams can do their daily work in the most efficient, effective and enjoyable way.


This is how you will reinvent food retail.

  • You are a highly communicative personality, who likes to motivate other people and can discuss issues with colleagues at all levels
  • lWork tirelessly to remove bottlenecks, facilitate collaboration, and enhance the flow of work across teams. Your focus on efficiency and effectiveness will help us deliver value to our customers faster
  • You are always looking for ways to improve the system. Either by getting your hands dirty yourself, or by creating transparency and challenging the status quo
  • You support the development of DevOps team members, Scrum Masters and Product Owners,
  • You work perfectly together with the Head of Tech, Engineering Managers and the colleagues from Product to continuously improve Checkout, Loyalty & Payments
  • You work together with the other Agile Leads to elevate the Customer Technology Platform as a whole to a higher level. Build trust between teams and stakeholders. You should be a skilled facilitator who can promote open, honest, and constructive dialogue


Your new team and office

At the Checkout, Loyalty and Payments cluster, we ensure our customers can checkout and pay for their groceries both in-store and online. We also provide loyalty programs such as Koopzegels, Airmiles, AH Premium and savings campaign. This is carried out through development of the Albert Heijn app and website, cash registers and all of the backend services needed to give our customers a frictionless experience.


Together with 10 teams of product owners, developers, engineering managers and scrum masters you will work on inspiring projects to accelerate our transition into a hybrid Food & Tech company.We want to leverage data and technology to future-proof food shopping and give our customers accessibility to healthy food more easily available for everyone.   • An annual salary up to 100k including holiday allowance and a flexible bonus. Depending on your level of seniority and experience;

The recipe for maximum impact

  • 5 years of work experience as an agile coach.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with several Agile frameworks including DevSecOps
  • Big bonus if you have knowledge of payments or loyalty
  • You enjoy teamwork and making things happen
  • Outstanding command of Dutch and English.
  • Bonus if you have process improvement experience
