Network Architect

Are you an experienced Network Architect ready to take ownership of enterprise-level network designs? Do you enjoy translating business needs into robust, scalable network solutions and guiding engineering teams to successful implementation?

We’re looking for an experienced Network Architect with hands-on expertise in SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and large-scale enterprise networks. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing, optimizing, and transforming our client's network landscape from high-level architecture through to implementation and migration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design of secure, scalable, and high-performance network solutions for mid-size to large IT environments.
• Review and enhance High-Level Design (HLD) and create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Identify risks, design gaps, and performance bottlenecks — and propose actionable solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to the network engineering team throughout deployment, transition, and go-live phases.
• Serve as the key bridge between current and future network architectures.
• Document design decisions, architecture blueprints, and migration strategies for stakeholders.

What You Bring

• HBO-level education (Bachelor or equivalent)
• 3–5+ years of experience in a network architect role within mid-sized IT organizations.
• Strong technical knowledge of SD-WAN, remote access, firewalls (on-prem & cloud), and VPN.
• Proficiency with key networking solutions and vendors, including:
• Cisco ISE, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Wireless, Cisco LAN
• Fortinet SD-WAN (MSP environments)
• Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls (on-premises and Azure)
• Solid documentation and reporting skills (technical and business-level).
• A hands-on, proactive mindset you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Nice to Have / Preferred Certifications

• CCIE, CCDE, or CCAr (Cisco)
• Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall Engineer certification
