โ๏ธ 10+ years of backend development experience, with 4+ years in senior or staff-level roles;
โ๏ธ Proven track record in architecting scalable distributed systems and event-driven architectures;
โ๏ธ Deep expertise in backend technologies: Java, Go, Python, Rust, Ruby, or Node.js (TypeScript is a bonus);
โ๏ธ Strong knowledge of SOA, Microservices, CQRS, and event-driven systems;
โ๏ธ Hands-on experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SNS/SQS;
โ๏ธ Advanced skills in PostgreSQL and Redis, including performance tuning;
โ๏ธ Proficiency with AWS and DevOps tools: Docker, Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.
