YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated developers with experience as Business Analyst/Tester to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Analyze business processes, workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Conduct workshops, interviews and meeting to gather requirements, including use cases, user stories and access criteria
• Provide support during the development and testing phases
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Requirements analysis skills
• Functional testing skills
• Experience working with scrum methodology
• At least 4 years of experience
• Technically competent analysts preferred
• Immediate availability
• Experience documenting detailed functional requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Functional analyst experienced in gathering and analyzing requirements in the banking sector and developing and executing tests
• Location: Lisbon (hybrid, 3x onsite)
