We are looking for a Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee building projects across various levels of complexity—from infrastructure to high-rise buildings. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with contractors, designers, and investors, and delivering excellence in execution.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising construction works in accordance with the Building Act
• Coordinating with contractors, designers, and investors
• Preparing reports, minutes, and technical documentation
• Leading on-site supervision for both civil and structural works
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders across different disciplines

👤 Who We’re Looking For

• Technical degree (Level VI or higher)
• IZS license (certified engineer or site manager)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision or execution
• Strong knowledge of legislation and building procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and valid B-category driving license
• Reliable, precise, and solution-oriented individual with initiative and integrity
