Position Description & Responsibilities
Your job will be to turn user and business goals into seamless and intuitive web and mobile user experiences.
- Own product design for our Casino and Live Casino experience
- Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers, advocate for user needs and product quality
- Design wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes to explore and demonstrate concepts to the rest of the team and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the rest of the product design team on company-wide initiatives, our shared design system, guidelines etc
- Stay on top of the latest industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UX and UI design
- Minimum 1 year experience working with online gambling products
- An in-depth understanding of user experience principles
- Expert in Figma, able to maintain and update a Figma-based design system
- Great at presenting their work, communicating goals and the reasons behind design decisions
- Team player with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- Please include links to your portfolio and/or sites you've worked on
- Experience designing multi-brand, multi-market products
- Data-driven approach to design decision-making
- Preparing and conducting UX workshops, remote usability tests and desk research
- Designing animations and micro-interactions
- Some knowledge of HTML / CSS / Javascript
