Our domain governs processes and products regarding Salary Agreements and Payments, Retirement Banking, Private School Payments and Regular Payment Orders. As a software developer, you will be a part of a dynamic team that gathers, analyses and develops business & technical requirements in this domain.

In that team, you will:

• Work as a software developer in our Salary and Retirement Banking Solutions domain to develop and maintain efficient, innovative and cleverly designed products and services
• Involve in every step of the life cycle of our services and work closely with our business, architecture and resilience teams to create secure, reliable and scalable solutions
• Find the opportunity to work on new technologies and transformation projects and be challenged to grow continuously while participating in the heart of the banking software development.

Main responsibilities of this position include:

• Working in the scrum framework, participating in and contributing to the agile rituals of the team
• Collaborating with other stakeholder teams and business units to gather and evaluate technical requirements
• Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications; carrying out Unit/Integration/Functional/Performance tests to assure quality
• Integrating software components and third-party programs
• Verifying and deploying programs and systems
• Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading existing software
• Recommending and executing improvements
• Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting

How do we describe the perfect match?

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering,
• At least 3 years of experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment,
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ) and familiarity in Agile Development Methodologies,
• In IBM Z System; Developed using Cobol and PL/I with DB2 both in CICS and Batch environment,
• In Open systems; Developed BE applications using Spring, Spiring-batch, Java, JDBC and Oracle, Developed FE applications using HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, webcomponent and lit-HTML, Has a good knowledge of Unit/Integration/Functional/Performance testing tools (Junit, Karma, Chai, Sinon, Jacoco, Karate, Jmeter, Cucumber, Selenium…) ,
• Experience in developing microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and secure data flows,
• Understanding of database design and management, including creating complex queries and optimizing database performance,
• Knowledge of monitoring and log analysis tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk,
• Experience with software development lifecycle tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Sonarlint, Sonarqube, JFrog, etc.
• Strong technical design aspect and has a principle to develop clean and secure code with multi-tasking abilities and motivation in a fast paced environment,
• Good at Algorithms, Design Patterns, Object Oriented Programming and Code Refactoring,
• Ability to learn new technologies, desire for continuous growth and sharing knowledge,
• Very good at analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills,
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude with a constructive attitude,
• Strong team player, acting on one-team principles.
