User Experience Designer (Mobile App & Web Portal)

Project Description:

We seek a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to support the design and user experience for our mobile application and web portal. This individual will be key in shaping intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance our digital products and align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web interfaces.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful design solutions.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

• Ensure consistency in design across platforms and maintain a design system or style guide.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics.

Mandatory Skills Description:

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first principles.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and user-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with design hand-off tools and front-end development basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).

• Previous work on SaaS platforms or complex web applications.
