Do you have experience in B2B Product Management?

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, ensuring that the team works on the right problems and aligns with the company's product strategy. An organized, communicative, proactive person willing to lead actions with the product and design teams to deliver the best experience to our users/customers, which results in the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

• Ensuring that the team is focused on solving the most important problems to deliver the highest value, aligned with the company's product strategy;
• Acting as a coach for the team, removing obstacles, and providing strategic context;
• Leading actions with the product and design teams to deliver the best experience to our users/customers;
• Partnering with the technical engineering team to define the most effective and technically feasible solutions;
• Coordinating, conducting, and/or facilitating user research and focus groups with designers;
• Conducting research and other initiatives to inform and facilitate the definition of product strategy;
• Supporting the squad in defining Product, Market, and Business requirements;
• Actively participating in and overseeing the creation of product improvements or the launch of new products from start to finish;
• Motivating and engaging the team to achieve desired goals and results;
• Monitoring product and business metrics, ensuring the team tracks them, and taking effective actions based on these metrics when necessary;
• Staying attuned to the cybersecurity market, bringing essential insights to the company that can help achieve our purpose and objectives;
• Interacting with all areas of the company to ensure the best integration with the product, always focusing on delivering the best (and most efficient) value to our customers/users;
• Developing relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
  
  
  

Requirements


Indispensable Requirements:

• Experience in product management (minimum of 3 years, delivery AND discovery);
• English proficiency;
  
  
  

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with products aimed at large enterprises;
• Portuguese proficiency;
• Spanish proficiency;
• Previous experience with products requiring a strong understanding of UX/UI design, user interface, and platform usability
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity market;
• Experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence;
• Experience with products utilizing artificial intelligence (LLMs and LMMs);
• Completed or ongoing higher education;
