About the role:


Network Operations and Administration: Perform day-to-day network operations, including the administration of network devices in line with our policies. This includes external DNS, IP addressing schemes, router configurations, routing tables, and VPN configurations.


Hardware and Software Management: Provide installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, ect. Provide software updates and patch management for network devices to ensure security and efficiency.


Maintenance and Audit: Maintain network components and services, ensuring all configurations are up to date and secure. Provide audit information, including access logs, security violation attempts, and application logs, to comply with regulatory and internal audit requirements.


Capacity Planning: Provide monitoring network usage and performance, recommending upgrades or changes to meet future needs. Provide planning for network growth to ensure scalability and performance.


Change Management: Ensure network administration activities are coordinated through a defined change management process, maintaining stability and security of the network environment.


Accounts Administration: Manage accounts administration for accessing and maintaining network resources, including the provisioning of network components and services.


Support and Liaison: Provide support to the global service owners across design, implementation, operational, and management activities for the network environment. Perform the business liaison function to Solidigm Company operational units, translating business requirements into functional network service requirements.


Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of the network infrastructure, including diagrams, device configurations, and policies. Providing monthly reports on network performance, incidents, and resolution statistics
