Data Analyst (Technical Project Lead)

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Dashboard Development:

• Utilize tools such as Tableau, Python, and ETL pipelines to extract, clean, analyze, and visualize data.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and automated reports to support strategic decision-making.

Project Management & Leadership:

• Lead and manage technical projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Integrate dashboards and data insights into project workflows, enabling datadriven decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Problem Solving & Communication:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and translate them into well-defined problem statements.
• Present findings and insights in clear, compelling narratives, tailored to both technical audiences (e.g., engineers, analysts) and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, clients).

Information Security, Risk Assessment and Remediation:

• Possess knowledge of information security and risk management concepts, including best practices in data handling, system protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear and detailed Risk Assessment and Remediation guidances for Business owners and partners
• Apply this knowledge to support secure and compliant project execution.
• While not a core requirement, familiarity in this area is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Python, and ETL processes.
• Solid project management skills with a proven track record of leading crossfunctional technical projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  * Experience or familiarity with information security and risk management is a plus.
