Data Analyst (Tech/SaaS)

My client is a global leader in SaaS, specializing in platform-level solutions. They are expanding their data team in Singapore, offering an opportunity to join a company at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and other key business metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools to support business stakeholders.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand data needs and deliver insights that drive strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation related to datasets, metrics definitions, and reporting processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using Python or other tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib).
• Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
