Product Manager OTC (Фахівець з маркетингу напрямку безрецептурних препаратів)
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execution of marketing plans to meet sales and share results.
- Apply customer and market insights in developing assumptions for forecasts and demand plans.
- Actively analyze brand/competitor performance and market place and identify key measures to assess plan performance at the market, segment, and customer levels, taking into account key drivers of customer and consumer behavior.
- Develop high quality brand plans based on in-depth understanding of customer, country & consumer needs.
- Control, that product information, future trends, marketing strategy and key activities are communicated to Field Force and other key players on a regular basis.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
- Identify and lead execution of key opinion leaders development program, in support of in-country brand planning.
- Cross-functional Cooperation/Coordination: coordinate marketing activities with other departments (especially close to FF, Logistics, Finance); provide pricing proposals in collaboration with marketing/finance.
- Budgeting: manage brand A&P budget.
- Key interfaces include: FF & Marketing; Medical reps; Key Opinion Leaders; Health Authorities; Marketing & Advertising agencies, Global/EGM teams.
- Lead KOLs/HCPs cooperation through all stages: build medical brand strategy, start HCPs collaboration, carry all types of negotiations, plan and organize medical events and activities.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 3+ years of marketing experience (FMCG or pharma).
- Fluent English & Ukrainian, both written and oral.
- Profound understanding of marketing operations and science.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Advanced computer skills (proficient user of MS Office: good Excel, Power Point).
- Outstanding customer focus and insight, leadership skills, innovative outlook.
- Higher education (marketing is preferable).
