Construction Project Manager (Energy)

Responsibilities: 

•Coordination of all stages of renewable energy project implementation (solar, wind, hybrid plants, and energy storage systems).

•Development and oversight of the project roadmap execution.

•Organization and supervision of construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.

•Risk management and crisis resolution.

•Collaboration with government authorities, contractors, and technical consultants.

•Conducting negotiations and managing legal aspects of the project (permits, licenses, agreements).

•Project budget planning, cost control, and reporting.

•Optimization of financial and resource expenditures.

•Monitoring contractors' and suppliers' contractual obligations.

•Ensuring project compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.

•Quality control of equipment and construction works.

•Interaction with certification bodies and regulatory agencies.

•Organization and coordination of the project team’s work.

•Progress monitoring and preparation of regular reports.

•Market trend analysis in the renewable energy sector.

•Implementation of modern technological solutions to improve project efficiency.


Candidate requirements:

•Higher professional education (engineering or construction preferred).

•At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the energy sector is an advantage).

•Experience in negotiations with contractors, drafting and approving technical specifications, and overseeing project execution.

•Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and the sequence of construction activities.

•Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and be accountable for project outcomes.

•English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1) or higher.

•Attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
