This role involves working closely with business and technology teams to develop scalable and secure applications that meet client requirements. The candidate must have a deep understanding of serverless computing, API development, and front-end frameworks while following best practices for performance, security, and DevOps automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain serverless applications using Azure Functions, integrating with APIs, databases, and other Azure services.
- Design and implement responsive, dynamic, and scalable front-end applications using Angular (latest versions).
- Work on back-end development using Node.js, .NET, or Python for Azure Functions, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment on Azure using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly applications.
- Ensure high security standards by implementing OAuth, JWT authentication, and role-based access control.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Stay up to date with Azure cloud advancements, Angular updates, and best practices in full-stack development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and related PaaS offerings.
- Expertise in Angular (12+ or latest versions), TypeScript, and modern front-end development principles.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Solid understanding of serverless architecture and event-driven programming.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Azure Cosmos DB, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Azure Storage solutions (Blob, Table, Queues) and Event Grid for handling messages.
- Experience with Unit Testing and E2E testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress).
- Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
- Understanding of security best practices, including OWASP, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in Azure.
- Prior experience in Retail, Finance, or Enterprise applications
