IT Student Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Trainee to join our IT Management team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in managing office IT infrastructure and administrative tasks. The trainee will assist in various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Multiple Admin Accounts:
• Manage and update administrative accounts across various platforms.
• Ensure security protocols are followed for account management.
• Office IT Equipment Ordering and Maintenance:
• Assist in ordering, setting up, and maintaining office IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• AI Tools Maintenance and Tracking:
• Monitor and maintain AI tools used within the office.
• User Management:
• Support user account creation, modification, and deletion.
• Provide assistance with user access and permissions.
• Meeting Room Audio Maintenance:
• Ensure audio equipment in meeting rooms is functioning properly.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on audio systems.
• IT Support:
• Provide first-level IT support to office staff.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Business Administration).
• Basic understanding of IT systems and office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The job is a temporary position lasting for the period of May 18th until August 30th 2025 - the working hours are part-time (80%). We have a hybrid working model, but this position requires being in the office most of the week.
