To support our expanding business, we are currently looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER, FILTRATION, with the option to be based in either Porto, Portugal or Tampere, Finland.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead and expand our global Filtration product line. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a competitive portfolio of filter mechanical spare and wear parts, including filter fabrics. You will define market entry strategies, establish pricing models, and engage directly with suppliers and mining end customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceeding the global Filtration business targets to achieve financial goals, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver high-quality technical support to customers, including on-site visits approximately once or twice per month.
• Manage the Filtration product portfolio, drive the product roadmap and work with design partners to implement the best technical solutions.
• Lead product pricing strategies and contribute to the creation of marketing materials to support sales efforts.
• Oversee and develop supplier relationships, ensure quality standards, manage warranty discussions and support technical aspects of manufacturing and procurement.
• Ensure efficient supply chain operations, including inventory management, product availability, and timely delivery to meet market demands globally with Operations.
• Act as the key user for product data systems (PDM & NetSuite), ensuring accurate technical documentation and cost updates.

We Are Looking For a Person With

• 3+ years of experience in the mining, mineral processing or industrial equipment sectors — preferably with filtration products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, Chemical or related field).
• Proven track record in product management, business development or technical sales.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, sales and marketing.
• Experience in developing and executing business strategies and driving market share growth.
• Experience in technical product development or project management in an industrial or engineering context.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approx. 30% of the time) to ensure close supplier collaboration and customer engagement.
• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
