YOUR IMPACT

• Responsible for managing hybrid cloud environments supporting critical infrastructure and resources enabling Redwood software business units to scale.
• Responsible for the infrastructure and platform health of on-premise and cloud resources and implement automation and observability to drive efficiencies within the non-production and production environments.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to assess impact, diagnose and resolve a wide range of infrastructure issues.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient application releases.
• Automate testing and deployment processes, integrating with various development tools and environments.
• Work closely with development, QA, and IT operations teams to align on processes, tools, and best practices.
• Implement automation scripts and tools for operations, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues, providing root cause analysis and preventative solutions.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment.

• Write and maintain documentation of processes, working in line with company global security standards.
