The Opportunity

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/Talent Sourcer to join our efficient and productive recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying top-performing talent and managing the early stages of the recruitment process.

What You'll Do

• Consistently meet recruiting KPIs (new candidates, leads converted, passthrough rate, etc.)
• Copyright and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Create talent pools of passive candidates matching the specific requirements
• Manage candidate outreach campaigns using automation tools for emails and LinkedIn
• Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements
• Manage communication with candidates, answering inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Manage the administrative aspects of the hiring process, including reference checks
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and feedback on candidates
• Maintain organized candidate information in the ATS to streamline the recruitment process
  
  

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in GTM recruiting or sales talent sourcing in the US market, preferably in a recruitment agency or tech startup
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency in using recruitment automation and AI tools, ATS, and social media platforms (Ashby, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, Perplexity, etc.)
• Equipment (computer, headset) and strong internet connection for remote work
• Ability to work US working hours

Interviewing Process

• Level 1 - 15-min video interview with the Recruiting Team Lead (General fit. Q&A)
• Level 2 - 15-min take-home assignment (Skills assessment)
• Level 3 - 45-min virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (Final)
• Reference and Background checks: conducted after successful interviews
