Join Danske Bank in a pivotal role within our investment area. We are seeking a skilled UX/UI designer to support our Market Explorer & Trade Squad, a team responsible for key aspects of Danske Bank’s digital investment experiences.

The Market Explorer & Trade Squad operates within the Wealth Planning Tribe, which spans 250 colleagues across Denmark, Lithuania, and India. Our mission is to simplify wealth planning and investment processes, ensuring accessibility and ease for everyone.

You will:

• Design high-quality digital investment experiences that cater to our clients' needs and enhance user engagement
• Conduct thorough research and articulate insights, translating findings into compelling designs
• Build prototypes and conduct user testing to iterate and refine designs based on feedback
• Guide strategic design processes, engaging the entire team to promote collaboration and innovation
• Partner with developers to ensure effective implementation of design solutions
• Collaborate and share knowledge with fellow designers within the tribe to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, business functional specialists, developers, and stakeholders to design remarkable mobile investment experiences
  
  

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in delivering robust digital UI/UX solutions
• Experience in conducting interviews and workshops with users
• Familiarity with design systems and their application in creating cohesive user experiences
• Ability to translate research findings into effective design strategies and UI designs
• Proficiency in visualising and communicating design solutions to stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work structuredly, delivering tasks in line with expectations and deadlines
• Experience working within an agile team is advantageous
• Ability to collaborate effectively and navigate a diverse landscape of business analysts, developers, and designers
• Upper-Intermediate English skills
  
  

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2960 EUR to 4440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
