Wat ga je doen? 

Het AI Traineeship bij Unbound begint met een intensieve 8-weekse crash course, waarin je zowel aan je hard skills, als aan je soft skills werkt. 

Kies jouw specialisatietrack 

Na deze fundamentele training kies je een specialisatietrack die het beste bij jouw ambities past: 

• AI Translator Track – De businesskant van AI: je leert hoe je AI vertaalt naar impactvolle strategieën en organisaties begeleidt bij AI-adoptie. 
• Machine Learning Engineer Track – De technische kant van AI: je bouwt, traint en implementeert geavanceerde AI-modellen en werkt hands-on met machine learning. 

Aan de slag in de praktijk 

Na de crash course word je gedetacheerd bij een van onze projecten, waar je direct bijdraagt aan echte AI-oplossingen. Dit kan in sectoren zoals fintech, healthtech, logistiek en marketing. Het traineeship duurt 2 jaar, waarin je werkt aan uitdagende AI-projecten en jezelf continu ontwikkelt. Elke vrijdag kom je terug naar ons kantoor voor een dag vol trainingen, kennisdeling en de kans om vragen te stellen. We sluiten de week af met een gezellige borrel, zodat je kunt sparren met mede-trainees en collega's in een ontspannen setting. 

Extra ontwikkelkansen 

• Behaal AI-gerelateerde certificaten, zoals AWS Cloud Practitioner en PSM1. 
• Volg exclusieve masterclasses en workshops.

What will you do?

The AI Traineeship at Unbound kicks off with an intensive 8-week crash course, where you’ll develop both your hard and soft skills.

Choose your specialization track

After completing the foundational training, you’ll choose a specialization track that best matches your ambitions:

• AI Translator Track – The business side of AI: learn how to translate AI into impactful strategies and guide organizations through AI adoption.

• Machine Learning Engineer Track – The technical side of AI: build, train, and deploy advanced AI models and work hands-on with machine learning.

Apply your skills in real projects

Following the crash course, you’ll be placed on one of our projects, where you’ll immediately contribute to real AI solutions. This could be in sectors like fintech, healthtech, logistics, or marketing. The traineeship lasts 2 years, during which you’ll work on challenging AI projects and continuously grow. Every Friday, you’ll return to our office for a full day of training, knowledge sharing, and Q&A. We end the week with a casual drink, giving you the chance to connect with fellow trainees and colleagues in a relaxed setting.
