About the project:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a project focused on enhancing Reliability & Observability across distributed systems. The role involves working with industry-standard monitoring and logging tools to ensure system transparency, performance, and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions using tools such as LogicMonitor, Splunk ITSI, DataDog, ELK, and Grafana.
• Develop and support automation scripts and integrations using Python.
• Configure and manage Infrastructure as Code pipelines via GitLab CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve the reliability and performance of cloud-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and evolve observability best practices.
• Ensure observability is integrated into the DevOps lifecycle from development to production.
• Document processes, architectures, and tool configurations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-6 years of experience in DevOps roles, including at least 2–4 years specifically with observability tools.
• Hands-on experience with LogicMonitor, Splunk ITSI, DataDog, ELK, Grafana.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python.
• Strong knowledge of GitLab, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Understanding of system reliability concepts and distributed system monitoring.
• Experience working in EMEA time zone.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
