One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in Poland.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to elevate the user experience across a sophisticated data intelligence platform. In this role, you'll simplify complex workflows, lead end-to-end design processes, and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful solutions. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design of workflows related to data setup, integration, and maintenance
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Translate complex requirements into clear, elegant design solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and research
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, and maintain design quality across sprints
• Present design concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and incorporate input constructively
• Document and communicate design processes, decisions, and rationale
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product design, particularly in complex enterprise or workflow-oriented platforms
• Proficiency in user research, both exploratory and evaluative
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• Strong command of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity and make user flows intuitive
• Skilled at balancing stakeholder input, technical constraints, and user needs
• Excellent communication skills in articulating and defending design decisions
